There’s a Vintage-Inspired Modern Challenge happening on BurdaStyle sponsored by Amy Barickman and Indygo Junction – submissions due by March 12th. You can use an Indygo Junction pattern, something from Barickman’s book Vintage Notions, or one of the free patterns IJ has available on their website. (The four free patterns are worth checking out whether or not you plan to enter the challenge, IMO. They remind me of the “draft it yourself” patterns that Knipmode used to do occasionally, somehow.)
I’ve got a couple IJ patterns that have been marinating in my pattern stash for far too long. I think I may use this contest as motivation to finally make one of them up!
