Food Friday: cheesy orzo

Just a quick post tonight – I made Rachael Ray’s cheesy orzo again the other day and wanted to put it up here for Food Friday. It’s a nice change from rice or typical pasta. I usually halve the recipe since orzo expands a lot when it cooks. It’s a basic recipe, pretty boring on its own, but good as a side dish to spicier items. (And it’s pasta and cheese – what else could you want in life?)
