I made lasagna the other day and while it was tasty, it had the same problem my lasagna usually does – it falls apart once you slice it. It tastes the same either way, thankfully, but it never looks like the pretty stuff from a restaurant. I’ve tried various fillings and while some are less problematic, all fall apart more or less. (This week’s was beef/pork with kale and the usual cheese and tomato bits.)
Is there some trick to keeping lasagna neat and together, or is this a fool’s errand?
